  1. Why did she never investigate the noise before if that man was living there for weeks? Or how did she not smell the fesis? The man also remolded her house so maybe he planned it for this purpose and does he have any other houses were he trepasses and lives in also how much can be done for tresspasing on private property? Was the man armed or not and Can he actually serve time in prision for this? Would it be a misdeminor? and what type? When the woman spoke of she had no idea there was someone else in her house and she was suprised is the idealism that most americans share that it won't happen to them. That they live in a safe neighborhood or their well protected by locking their windows and doors when in reality this could occur to anyone.

  2. "there was some poltergeist stuff going on." Classic. I actually find this to be quite hilarious. Of course, it's quite disgusting how the woman's ex-boyfriend used cups to house his stool and urine during his residency in the woman's attic, but other than that, I found some of the details of this case very humorous. That said, I have a sort of sickly dark, DARK, sense of humor. The woman sent her son and nephew up there to check out what it was. I can just imagine the look on those kids faces when they smelled that oh so horrid smell of fecal matter, urine and filth that this man had been living in. Not only that, but to see some (probably naked) scrawny African-American gentleman pop up out of the fiberglass in surprise and hop his way out of the attic would, I'm ashamed to say, make me laugh harder than a genuine knock-knock joke would. Not only that, but when I saw that he could see into the woman's bedroom through an air vent, the first thought that came to me was this picture of him poking his head out of the hole and giving this Grinch-like smile as the woman slept. It's so sick to think I'm actually turning this in let alone posting this to a Crime blog. "It's got me flabbergasted.." HAHAHAH WHO SAYS THAT?!

  3. This man obviously has a problem. Living in someone’s attic for up to two weeks, and peeking through the air vent into the woman’s bedroom? The nerves of this guy is almost commendable, but let’s not get ahead of ourselves. Not only did this individual break the law, but he instilled unnecessary fear into this innocent family. It seems to me that this man has some obsession with the lady who lives in the house. Considering he hasn’t even been caught yet, who’s to say he won’t take matters to a more drastic measure. The video clip said that she recently spotted the man on her street. It appears evident that he wants something else from the lady. The saddest part is an officer actually began questioning the man, and he was able to get away. This guy obviously needs to be locked up again and maybe this time for a little bit longer. It’s crazy to think that there are people out there stupid enough to commit acts like this, but these people need to be incarcerated. Something that really interested me about this article is that they had dated over a decade ago. Talk about a crazy obsession. It’s obvious this guy needs to move on, and what better way to get her off his mind than behind bars. Then again this makes me think back to the old saying, you can’t fix stupid.

  4. This man clearly is mental; jail might not even be the answer. I would think an insane asylum might fit better for this crime. He clearly hasn’t moved on from that relationship which ended 10 years ago, which I guess says a lot about the relationship from his personal perspective. Also he must have been stalking the girl for quite some time prior to moving into the house because he would have had to know precisely when the woman would be gone and for how long she would be gone for in order to break into the house without setting off the alarms and move into his new home. I wonder if he moved in personal items as well? Cause I mean, sitting in an attic all day for 2 weeks straight must not have been the most entertaining way to live, minus watching his ex-girlfriend change and sleep at night which is pretty disturbing. Furthermore I wonder what he ate and drank while he was in the attic for two weeks, because it’s not like he could have just got up and went to the fridge or to the store for supplies. It just astounds me that someone would go through all that trouble; hiding in an attic, lacking food and water, sleeping on a hard floor, and skillfully aiming fecal matter into cups just to see an ex-girlfriend from 10 years ago change and sleep. Either she was one hell of a girlfriend or there is something extremely wrong with his head.

  5. this has got to be one of the most bizzare and creepiest stories i have ever read, but i dont put it behind some people to do what this guy did, i mean he actually broke in to his ex-girlfriends house just to stalk her, he whent through the trouble of peeing and crapping in red solo cups, and sleeping in a heating unit. But the most interesting part for me is how can he have all that patience of hiding out in the attic just to stalk an ex-girlfriend from 10 years ago!! hahahaha this guy is clearly nuts, he walks out of the house smiling! after shes discovered he was living in the attic.

  6. This is very unusual article, the men obviously has a mental problem. Its also very hard to believe that the woman didn't notice that men there before, maybe she was hiding this guy from somebody we dont know. This article dose not provide us with the names or any other details, so we dont really know why this guy was really there. We dont know his background and we dont know if he was convicted before and was hiding from the law.

  7. This guy is a nutcase. I would have immediately moved out of my house, gotten into witness protection and never looked back. Anyone who can live up there like that for an extended amount of time and was using the bathroom in cups he found in the attic of an ex-girlfriend from ten years ago, needs to be thrown into an asylum. It is even more creepy that he smiled and walked away and hasn't been found. I think they should release all of his information because I bet he is in another ex-girlfriend's attic defecating all over everything and creeping on her new family and they need to know. I am so glad I don't have an attic or basement because I would not put it past one of my ex-boyfriends to do that...

  8. They say breaking up is hard. Being recently released from prison probably made it hard for him to find somewhere to stay and that was his only resort. That does not excuse him breaking into her home and living in her attic. He probably knew he could stay there for a while after dating the woman and knowing how oblivious she was. The guy clearly needs some help but I wouldn't call him mental. He clearly needs prison time for breaking and entering.

  9. Staying in someone’s attic is just crazy but for weeks, that plain creepy and peeking through the vent to see the woman is perverted. But what I want to know is how she didn’t smell the crap they said that the smell was terrible any normal person would have smelled that right? But what exactly can the guy be charged with I feel like he is going to get away with a slap on the hand if he ever gets caught. And he hasn’t even been caught yet so does that mean he is spying on someone else? And now that he knows that she knows don’t you think that it is just going to get worse. It seems that he wants something more so if he doesn’t get what he wants what is next Homicide? This guy obviously needs to be caught and locked up before this situation gets way out of hand.

  10. This article kind of makes me want to start checking my attic for ex boyfriends every night before I go to sleep.
I do think that this man should serve some time for breaking and entering. I think he is borderline crazy, because seriously, who the heck does something like that? And to make it worse, he was spying on her. So I dont think this was something innocent because he had no place to go, he is a crazy ex boyfriend who spied on hes ex without her knowing. That's just weird. She might even need to serve a little time for not noticing him, haha. I would think she would have smelled and/or heard something sometime way before she did. She's lucky that he didnt kill her, if he was planning on it.

  11. I agree that this guy has to have some kind of mental problems. It's weird on several levels. Like why would he go there after so many years? Why would he want to just live creepily in her attic? I feel bad for the family. They are probably always going to live in fear now. I also don't understand how it didn't smell? If he had an air vent open that he could watch her from, you would think the smell would seep through also. the women should have changed the locks after they broke up since he was the one to put the doors in. luckily he just left and didn't hurt anyone, but hopefully they catch this guy and send him away to get mental help. I would think the women would want to move into witness protection too if he hadn't been caught. Sure everyone will double check now when they hear a suspicious sound in there house. This is just creepy.

  12. This article has creep me out entirely, to realize that somebody is that crazy to live in his ex's attic for 2 weeks, needs some serious help. I can not imagine what was going through their heads as he walked out of the attic with a smile on his face. I think I would have moved my kids to a different place for their own safety. Tracy needs to go get herself checked out just for the fact that she never checked it out, thinking it was a poltergeist, hahaha. One could only imagine him wondering the house while they are sleep or gone. She is very lucky, knowing that he was crazy enough to do that, he could have easily walked out and killed her whole family. SMH!

  13. I believe this is a criminal Justice matter. The man was breaking and entering. Not only did he just break in he also stayed there for weeks. This man must of had severe mental issues. She had some issues as well. Im sure that she would of noticed the smell of feces over that period of time. THe noises she heard should of been checked out. Who knows what he could of done to her. She was lucky he did not kill her or hurt her in any way. He needs to definently be caught before he thinks he can just get away with this type of behavior. After this i am going to make sure i check my attic on a regular basis for now on .

  14. I believe this is a criminal justice matter. In the sense of personal security or the right to privacy. Breaking and entering, this man is using her belongings and living off of her property without her knowing. He should have to pay for the duration of time he has been there. That could be traumatizing to the owner of the house. This is scary to even think about, someone staying in your attic without your knowledge, I think I would I feel violated.

  15. This story is very bizarre but I find it more bizarre that it took two weeks for the woman and her family to even find him. That seems like a very unusual thing to not want to pay more attention to. I would think the smell would be the first thing to notice. Another weird thing is that the perp just walked out of the house and no one did anything about it. Not that her family should have put themselves in danger to keep him there but it’s very weird that he just left and is out on the streets. This is definitely something that should persecuted because that is breaking and entering but worse. That was breaking and entering and never leaving. Also being able to look into the woman’s bedroom is a crime. The family seems to be very lucky no one was hurt and if I was that family I would seriously consider moving. The perp might actually need some help instead of a jail sentence. That seems borderline crazy to live in someone’s attic and just stay there. He definitely needs to be somewhere other than the streets though.

  16. Normally when you hear something constantly in your house, people tend to check it out and make sure there isn't and animal or something else, but this time it was an actual person, for some reason i feel as if she knew that it was him and just didn't want to disturb him and cause a commotion. The man he should be trialed for breaking and entering, he did not have the rite to be the house anymore, and it was crazier that he was living up stairs in that attic with out anyone seeing him when he would go down, since he had to eat which means he would go down stairs or out a window......

  17. This is crazy, how could you not know if there is somebody is living in your house? I would have noticed immediately upon the smell. This story is so ridiculas that it makes me upset to even blog about it. The man supposedly remodeled her house? How much sense does that make? Again she claims she did not know saying she was surprised. I really can’t think of much more to say regarding this story. Just stupidity
